About Sidecar
Ever wonder how your phone got here from a factory in Shenzhen, or how a jacket from Italy reached your door in 5 days? Behind every shipment is a freight forwarder: the middleman coordinating ships, customs, warehouses, and trucks, still running on email, spreadsheets, and software from 1998. Sidecar gives them an AI teammate that calls, emails, logs into systems, and executes complex tasks end to end. We are backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs, angel investors, and industry advisors.
The Role
You'll work across multiple functions of the company, from hiring and marketing to operations.
You do real work from day one: run a candidate pipeline, ship an outreach batch, build the tracker the whole team uses, chase the answer nobody has. You won't shadow, you'll ship.
You work directly with the Founders and the Founder's Office lead. Work arrives as problems with deadlines, not tasks with instructions: you get the autonomy to figure out the path and close the loop. We're looking for someone who can context-switch fast, figure things out without hand-holding, and build AI-powered workflows that make the whole team faster.
The seat is centered on operations: you set up the processes and automations a scaling company keeps needing, and what you build becomes how the team runs.
What you'll own
Run the pipelines. Sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and tracker hygiene across open roles. Candidates should feel that this company moves fast.
Set up the processes. SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and the AI automations that replace manual work. You systemize what's messy.
Ship the experiments. Outreach batches, event logistics, content operations. You make the marketing motion happen on time.
Make the assets sharper. Product videos, decks, one-pagers, help guides: the collateral sales and users actually touch. You make it better and keep it current.
Own whatever the week needs. Research, dashboards, internal automations, investor materials. Wherever the biggest fire is, you are there.
Who fits
Final year. You're in the final year of college, any stream, and can be in office full time.
Bias to action. You go from "never seen this before" to a first draft in hours, not days.
AI-native workflow. Claude, ChatGPT and automation tools are in your daily loop; you've built workflows or shipped something with them.
Ownership. Nobody hands you a syllabus. You chase context, close loops, and never say "that's not my job."
Bangalore, in-office. 6 days a week, HSR Layout.
Also good: a side project, club, or community you've run; startup exposure.
Benefits
Stipend. Competitive. This is paid, real work.
Lunch and dinner. Provided at the office.
Snacks and caffeine. Unlimited snacks, coffee, Red Bull, Diet Coke.
