    Who decides the classification?

    Your declarant. Codes used before for the importer and product come back with their evidence, and a product in doubt is held.

    What if a document is missing?

    Each document is checked against the original invoice. A request for what is missing is drafted and held for you to send.

    Can it help answer a customs query?

    The query is matched to the entry and the line it names. The reply is drafted from the live file with the document attached.

    Does it handle duty advice and billing?
