    Who confirms the booking?

    Your desk. The request is checked against allocation and the cut-off, and the confirmation is held until you send it.

    Does it issue bills of lading?

    It checks the SI against the booking and flags every difference before the draft bill. Your desk issues the bill.

    How are cut-offs handled?

    Each cut-off is tracked, so missing information can be requested while there is still time.

    Can it answer release queries?

    The reply is drafted from the live release status, with the last free day counted under the tariff. Your desk sends it.
