    Who sets the sell rate?

    Your desk. The sell is built on the contract rate with your margin and drafted as an NRA for you to send.

    Does it check allocation?

    Your contracts for the lane are compared, with allocation checked for the ready date.

    Does it book space or file AMS?

    No. Your agent books under your contract and your filing software files. Sidecar checks the filings against the pre-alert and drafts the emails around them.

    Can it check HBL drafts?

    The HBL draft is compared against the booking and the quote, and any difference is flagged.

    What happens with demurrage?

    Each day billed is tested against the terminal record. The days your customer owes are re-billed with the evidence attached, and your desk decides.
