    Are carriers vetted before an offer is recommended?

    Each carrier is vetted against Highway, the DOT website and your internal rules first. A gap is held for your team.

    Can it draft rate confirmations?

    Yes. The rate con is drafted when the load is built in your TMS, from the offer and your SOPs.

    What happens when a load runs late?

    Your desk is alerted the moment the ETA slips. The new time goes into your TMS, and the customer update is drafted for you to send.
